Recently I've had several people comment on what a novel idea the E Team is and say that they would like to replicate it in their congregation. My encouragement is this... Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, please become part of the E Team and help make the wheel we already have a better wheel. Here's why... By collaborating and working collectively on one project, the quality of our work will be vastly higher than if we each to to do it ourselves. 

If you want to submit an article or idea, please let me know. A "quick contact" box will appear on this page in the very near future for just that reason. So if you've discovered something that really works well for you, let us know and we'll post it (and as you can see by our Viistor Location Map, it's possible you could have an immediate influence on people around the world). If it's specific to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. we'll put it in the appropriate place for you.

For those who contribute great articles and would like to have authoring/publication privileges, let me know. If your writing meets the standard, "we'll talk" and allow you to post directly onto the web from wherever you happen to be connected. And did we mention that you don't have to know anything (ANYTHING) about web languages to do it?

It's obvious that the E Team has struck a nerve. Help us make this ministry all it can be. We'd love to have you become part of the E Team and work with us in refining the wheel, not inventing a new one.

You’ve all heard of the “social networking craze.” It’s not a craze. It’s not only everywhere, it’s also here to stay. What’s important for us to know is the principle of “exponential growth” that drives the growth of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, Youtube, My Space, etc.. That same principle of exponential growth is the principle behind influence.

Let me offer an example. If you were asked to work for 30 days with the starting pay being one penny, but that your wage would be doubled every day of that month (e. g. 1,, 2, 4, 8, 16…), would you take that job? Do the math and the answer is a resounding “Yes! When can I start?” Why? Because on day 30 you’d make $5,368,709.12!*

The ability to influence with the love of Jesus works in that same exponential way. If instead of pennies those were people, how far would your influence have extended? When you influence even as few as two people, and they influence two people, and so on, the potential is plainly apparent. The moral of the story is simple - “influence others to influence others.” Remember you can do this. The power of God’s Holy Spirit is a living reality in your life.

Even though you may not feel as though you are a person of influence, you are. Word by word, sentence by sentence, and conversation by conversation you are flavoring the world. Your voice makes a difference, even if you only influence two people. Get involved with the E Team at any level you choose and begin to flavor the world with the love of Jesus.
