Celebrating 50 years, our mission at First Lutheran School is to provide a high-quality education while teaching students strong Christian values and about God’s love and grace. What is a Flame?
At First Lutheran School, our students are called Flames! Being a Flame means shining the light of Christ in our words and actions. Just as a flame brings warmth, light, and guidance, our students are encouraged to live out their faith boldly—loving God, serving others, and growing in wisdom each day.
Flames are learners who seek truth, leaders who act with integrity, and servants who reflect Christ’s love in our school, church, and community. Through faith-based education, prayer, and service, we nurture each child to grow strong in both heart and mind, always remembering that we are called to let our light shine for God’s glory.
